1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ACG Events ("the Platform") operated by Leyline Labs Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ACG Events is a platform that connects hobby market vendors with event organizers in Singapore's anime, comics, and gaming community. Our services include:

• Event listing and discovery for vendors and attendees
• Booth profile creation and management for vendors
• Event application and management system
• Creator directory for public discovery
• Communication tools between vendors and event organizers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users
• Post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresent your business or intentions

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including booth profiles, images, descriptions, and application responses ("Your Content").

By uploading Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

5.2 Platform Content

The Platform itself, including its design, features, functionality, and all content not uploaded by users, is owned by ACG Events and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and share Your Content
• Your Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

6. Booth Applications and Events

6.1 Application Process

Submitting a booth application through the Platform does not guarantee acceptance. Event organizers have sole discretion over acceptance decisions.

6.2 Event Organizer Responsibilities

We are not responsible for events listed on the Platform. Event organizers are solely responsible for:

• Event planning, execution, and management
• Reviewing and accepting/rejecting applications
• Communicating with vendors
• Handling payments, contracts, and agreements with vendors
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

6.3 Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of information in booth profiles and applications
• Compliance with event-specific requirements and rules
• Direct agreements and transactions with event organizers
• Their conduct at events

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 "As Is" Service

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any content or information is accurate, reliable, or complete
• Defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACG Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Disputes between users
• Events organized through the Platform

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACG Events, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your Content
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACG Events regarding the use of the Platform.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
